Refund policy

Payment & Delivery:

We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Paypal. You will be taken to a secure page to complete your transaction. Postage costs are added at the checkout.

We are currently offering free UK delivery on most items.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and will send out via a first class delivery service as soon as possible

The majority of items will be sent by Royal Mail unless a special courier service is required. Postage price is based on size and weight of the item.

Please bear in mind most items are handmade and from small editions so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date. Please get in touch if you require a parcel to arrive by a certain date or if you require next day delivery.

We are based just outside of Truro in Cornwall. If you require an item urgently do get in touch as we will always do our best to help get what you need on time.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

If you wish to make a return or to exchange an item, please inform us in writing by email within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing or damaged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
